Our Residential Homes aim to:
Staff at the home are being trained to provide a therapeutic approach to care. Children who suffer from anxiety, or have low self-esteem, who are at risk of self-harm and those children who exhibit behaviours which require a small team of individuals who assist them would benefit from our residential homes. Children will learn life skills to feel safe, recognise their potential and learn personal resilience. We also want children to experience stability by managing the highs and lows with them, giving them structure and consistent boundaries. We want all children to have positive experiences with us and leave our homes with increased confidence and independence.
"Cornerways Care are working well in getting young people into activities away from home, allowing them to build positive relationships and allowing young people to put their views accross."
